Specialist, Corp Real Estate The candidate will be responsible for processing and maintaining all real estate contracts and related documents for 500+ properties within firm portfolio. Timely and accurately processing within the portfolio administration system all existing and new real estate contracts and related documents received from team members within Corporate Real Estate Solution that include, following primary functions: Recording, processing and maintaining all property contract charges (security deposits, improvement allowances, recurring charges, CPI adjustment calculations and one-time costs); Accurately maintain critical dates. Preparing all contract notification letters (commencement date agreements, option notices and other such communications with landlords and tenants). Coordinating and processing with legal representatives estoppel and Subordination and Non-disturbance Agreements (SNDA) requests. Tracking lease expirations and activities with facility managers for return of premises. Researching contract information as requested by other departmental employees Updating the portfolio administration system database for all: property cost center updates; landlord and tenant address changes; Processing check requests; Determining and archiving to Key’s off-site storage annually all expired or inactive property, tenant and billing files; Assisting other team members in the completion of their essential job functions, as necessary. Must have Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience. Should preferably have 1-3 years of commercial real estate lease administration, accounting or paralegal experience and possessing a notary designation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is needed.
