Contract Administrator The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Healthcare Technologies contract administration including contract interpretation, directing the field as to the fulfillment of contractual obligations, contract startup, creation of contract amendments, contract renewals, contract extensions, contract terminations, annual price increases, and contract billing. The Contract Administrator will work directly with the assigned Region counterparts (Operations, Finance, etc) to ensure that locations act in accordance with contractual terms and optimize their performance based on the language of the applicable contract. Additionally, the Contract Administrator will partner with the various support functions (CMMS, Finance, Pricing, AR, Vendor Service Contracts, etc) to ensure all aspects of the contract are administered accordingly. Direct the field in managing the client contract to optimization; understand and interpret contractual language and then make independent judgment as to the best way to meet client needs while protecting Aramark’s interests. Management and interpretation of approximately 250 client contracts. Ensuring all contract deliverables and terms and conditions are met, including tracking the contracts processes and garnering business leader alignment. Prepare accurate and timely contract documents and revisions for field delivery. Coordinate with billing and finance to ensure timely completion of amendment documents. Coordinate start-up contract activities as well as contract terminations. Report out contracts status and issues to District Managers weekly, escalating issues to the RVP-level, when necessary.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) in business or related field or Paralegal education. Should have 5+ years of experience in contract management, paralegal, or similar area. Required computer skills: Excel, Access, Word, Oracle. Organizational skills. Excellent mathematical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Planning and execution skills.
