Project Assistant (Litigation) The candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining and utilizing electronic and hard copy case files, document tracking logs, databases, and other document repositories, as well as other support tasks. Will provide support in the litigation department to various attorneys, paralegals and support staff. Must be proficient with MS Office, and be or become proficient with certain electronic tools and applications, such as Case Notebook, Relativity and additional document review platforms, among others. Prior experience maintaining legal files and/or databases preferred. Should have excellent communication and organization skills, have a strong work ethic, be able to type 35+ wpm, and be available to work overtime and travel as needed. Bachelor's degree and prior paralegal education or training is preferred.
