ProfileLoan Admin Specialist II The candidate's responsibilities: Complete factoring and asset-based loan documentation accurately and within time frames as assigned by senior SBF management. Review applicable client applications, executed proposals and client information certificates to ensure appropriate information has been collected and provided to prepare necessary documentation. Transmit completed documentation and communicate to appropriate personnel for closing. Communicate with business development, operations and underwriting staffs in regards to all missing information needed for documentation preparation and/or upload. Answer external customer and in-house inquiries regarding all documents prepared, keeping customer service a priority at all times. Insure that procedures for all duties are up to date and accurate. Assist Senior SBF Management as needed and with special projects. Adhere to the highest legal and ethical standards applicable to our industry, while observing both the spirit and letter of all government regulations and laws, and bank policies and procedures.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have High school graduate, some college preferred. Should have 5+ years experience in mortgage, commercial and/or consumer loan servicing or documentation or equivalent. Must be able to type at 40 words per minute minimum. Possess strong PC skills; Word and Excel, or equivalent. Ability to transfer skills to other software programs. Detail oriented with excellent organization and communication skills. Paralegal experience / skills a plus. Knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code and familiarity of filing of security documents a plus.
