ProfileSenior Real Estate Services Technician Duties: Perform senior-level technical services for right of way projects as required by the assignment, including project coordination internal Project Manager and clients. Order and review of title, title curative duties, detailed property research assistance, preparation of reports and preparation of acquisition and relocation document packages that are certification-ready. Oversees schedule and budget in support of Project Manager. Coordinates closing/settlement/condemnation packages and document recordings. Creates and maintains tracking and parcel status database, and client reports. Additional specialized skills and background may be necessary for specific clients & projects.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. 5+ years of experience related to right of way, title, paralegal, real property law or mortgage lending. Specific industry regulatory knowledge a plus. Must have the ability to understand real estate documents such as title, appraisal, environmental and survey. Proficient with MS Office Suite. Database and GIS familiarity a plus. Must have the ability to understand real estate documents such as title, appraisal, environmental and survey.
