Temporary Legal Recruiting Assistant The candidate will provide general administrative assistance and support to the Legal Recruiting department, for all aspects of attorney recruitment, including Summer and Fall Law Clerk program administration. Will assist with the summer associate and fall recruitment programs, including assigned duties related to on-campus recruiting. Provide administrative support, including data entry, creating/maintaining files, preparing correspondence and processing expense reports. Assist in the scheduling of candidate interviews. Update the applicant tracking system and post vacancies. Assist with orientation for new attorneys. Prepare materials for on-campus interviews. Respond to and direct candidate inquiries. Provide support during diversity-related, law student, summer program, and attorney social events including receiving responses, creating/distributing nametags, following up with invitees. Perform other related duties as assigned pertaining to on-campus recruitment, the summer program and lateral hiring. Should preferably have Bachelor's degree. Must have 6+ months of prior experience in a professional office environment. Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel required. Should have flexibility to adjust work schedule as needed. Note: This temporary assignment will be up to seven months.
