Legal Recruiting Assistant The candidate will oversee updates to our applicant tracking software, as well as running reports, inputting interview schedules, and sending evaluations. Process travel reimbursements for candidates and coordinating shared expenses with other Firms. Greet/escort summer associate and lateral attorney candidates to in-office interviews. Assist with summer program planning, as requested Correspond with candidates and recruiting agencies regarding status of candidates. Prepare check requests for vendors and candidates. Handle on campus interview registration and logistics. Prepare materials and giveaways for law student outreach events. Make updates to Legal Recruiting intranet page. Assist with law student and lateral associate interview logistics. Assist the Legal Recruiting Department’s firm-wide non-partner hiring team and first year associate onboarding team. Draft search agency agreements and update tracking chart, upon request. Enter new legal hires into employee database. Perform other recruiting related duties, as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree. 1-2 years of general administrative experience is preferred; experience in a law firm or professional services organization is highly preferred. Must have extensive computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are required.
