Part Time Receptionist The candidate will meet and greet clients, vendors, and visiting staff, will take initiative and be detail-oriented, be capable of multi-tasking as required, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Job responsibilities include: Answer and route incoming phone calls; directing callers to voice mail as required; Greet clients, vendors, and visiting staff; provide light refreshments; Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages; Assist with upkeep of kitchen and storage areas; Assist with filing and file maintenance for physical and electronic records; Assist with calendaring and scheduling appointments and meetings; Provide light administrative and clerical support as needed, such as handling copy and scan requests, printing documents, obtaining directions, and making reservations; and Other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have High school diploma or equivalent. Should have 1- 2 years of receptionist/customer service experience. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). 1 year of law firm experience is preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is desired.
