Attorney Recruiting Administrative Assistant Duties: Support Attorney Recruiting & Professional Development department in the office. Provide administrative support for the attorney recruiting and professional development department. Maintain recruiting files and database in LawCruit. Input all resumes into LawCruit; perform entry of interview schedules; update candidate status and prepare response/decision replies. Coordinate the scheduling of video interviews and schedule conference rooms for interviews. Prepare and maintain Summer Associate and Associate files; assist in preparation of offer and rejection letters. Collect and organize interview evaluation forms. Assist in all aspects in on-boarding new lawyers. Maintain the Practicing Law Institute (PLI) roster of lawyers; assist lawyers as needed with PLI Program. Assist in maintaining department budget.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Requires high school diploma or GED and 2+ years administrative/secretarial experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment. Human Resources, Recruiting and Legal/Professional Services experience preferred. Ability to compose business letters and other correspondence using the proper formatting, grammatical, punctuation styles as well as proofreading skills . Microsoft Office PC skills with emphasis on Excel. Ability to maintain LawCruit recruiting database.
