Recruiting & Professional Development Coordinator Duties: Work with the Recruiting & Professional Development Manager in all aspects of the summer associate program, fall/spring recruiting, and professional development for offices. Assisting with the daily functioning and implementation of the summer program and on-campus interviews and provide assistance to the professional development team on a wide-variety of projects and initiatives. Assist in administration of summer program, including but not limited to: planning meetings and events, preparing orientation materials, and tracking paper flow of important documents. Coordinate logistics for on-campus interviews: registering for schools, handle all travel and hotel arrangements and preparing interviewer materials. Plan, organize, and support recruiting events in support of the OCI process, including managing event logistics, RSVP management, and tracking. Coordinate aspects of entry-level and lateral hiring, including maintaining highly confidential information. Facilitate the CLE form processes in Virginia and North Carolina, including sending quarterly CLE reports to Virginia attorneys, and tracking deadlines. Assist with Virginia and North Carolina MCLE application forms. Develop working proficiency in LawCruit (recruiting database) and CE Manager (CLE database). Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
REQUIREMENTS: 4-year college degree is required for this position. Prior law firm experience a plus. Extremely motivated, positive attitude, detail-oriented and organized. Exercise discretion and maintain confidential information at all times. Work closely and effectively with all levels of firm and department personnel. Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills. Exercise good judgment and flexibility. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
