Administrative Assistant – Commercial Real Estate The candidate will support multiple attorneys and paralegals who work primarily on matters with large and small commercial developers, institutional lenders, corporations, partnerships and other entities in the financing, sale, purchase, and leasing of commercial real estate. Responsibilities will include: Coordinate financing documents for closings; Draft contracts, correspondence and memoranda; Proofread and ensure quality of legal documents; Answer, direct and respond to a high volume of phone calls; Maintain calendars and schedule appointments; Maintain files (physical and electronic); Scan final documents and prepare closing books; Assist attorneys in other practice areas when needed including litigation and residential real estate. Must have 3+ years of legal administrative experience required, preferably in commercial real estate transactions and/or other transactional areas. Should have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Typing speed of 65-70 wpm is required. Experience with HotDocs software is a plus. Military experience is desired.
