Marketing and Business Development Projects Manager The candidate will assist with marketing and business development projects that play a key role in the planning, development and communication of firm's services and initiatives both internally and externally. Will work with the Chief Marketing Officer, Senior Business Development Manager, and Senior Brand Manager to complete projects relating to the marketing and business development of the firm and its attorneys and professionals. Work with attorneys and professionals of the firm to ensure that they're receiving marketing and business development support. Provide support to business development activities by developing electronic and printed brochures and materials to submit for request for proposals and client pitches. Assist the business development group to develop materials to assist in bringing in new clients. Analyze and report on key marketing and business development metrics. Create and maintain presentations used in recruitment, business development, and educational activities. Draft press releases and media announcements. Draft proposals and white papers. Develop electronic alerts and newsletters. Edit and develop website copy and content. Assist on research and competitive intelligence projects. Assist with the creation of bios and other materials promoting attorneys and the law firm. Maintain consistency of the firm's brand across all mediums.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree. Must have 2-3 years of experience and demonstrated success in a marketing, communication and/or business development role. Prior law firm experience is a plus. PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint; proficiency in the Adobe creative suite (Adobe, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.); experience in SharePoint, WordPress, Concep Send, and social mediums is preferred. Must have strong written and oral communications skills (including presentations), as well as listening and interpretation skills.
