Legal Staff
Marketing Coordinator Duties: Responsible for providing support to the entire marketing team. Assisting with the administrative details required for the day-to-day execution of the marketing, public relations, advertising, events, and sponsorship initiatives for the firm. Provide support to all members of the Marketing Department including email marketing, calendar coordination, bill payment, full service event support, file maintenance, supply ordering, creation and maintenance of the firm’s marketing collateral materials. Provide general administrative support to all staff members in the Marketing Department and liaison with other practice groups and departments to fulfill their marketing needs. Manage and plan internal and external meetings including arranging date/time of meetings, reserving conference rooms and ensuring appropriate promotional and marketing materials are made available to attendees. Process check requests for marketing supplies and events. Process department invoices for timely payment. Log in and review marketing check requests for completeness and compliance with protocols including approvals. Liaison with vendors to order B&P branded collaterals. Organization and inventory of marketing collateral. Respond to inquiries and requests from other offices for firm materials and other collateral items. Print or order additional supplies as necessary. Prepare or arrange for preparation of marketing packages for client meetings, events, seminars, and other purposes as necessary. Manage inventory of logoed items. Arrange for fulfillment of new and replacement logoed items. Maintain Marketing Department and editorial calendars in Outlook. Schedule meetings as required for Marketing Department personnel. Assist with the creation of email announcements, invitations and graphics. Working with other members of the marketing team to assist with coordinating the schedule of email marketing communications. Maintain data updates and list maintenance. Perform event specific tasks and support for firm and firm-sponsored events, such as registration lists and name tags, invitations and follow up. nsure that supplies such as giveaway items, signage, branded items and appropriate collateral are displayed at firm events and events that the firm sponsors. May be required to be present at events to assist with onsite details. Assist Digital Media Manager as needed. Assist with updating and maintaining bios, events and any other support requested related to website maintenance or monitoring. Assist in creation and mailing or emailing client alerts, advisories, flyers or other communications from the firm. Data quality duties related to firm’s CRM system. Any and all other duties as may be required in support of Marketing Department functions, events or operations.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have previous and relevant experience and the ability to multi-task. Previous law firm experience is a plus. Must have a professional manner, excellent computer skills, and attention to detail and must have superior written and verbal communication skills.
