User Support Specialist The candidate will deliver effective end-user training and technical support for information technology systems utilized by the Firm, to include desktop software applications, computers, peripheral devices, and phones. Will conduct phone and desk-side training and support for attorneys, paralegals, secretaries and support staff. Assist team members with support, work continuously to improve processes and responses, and document detailed resolutions into a database. Prior experience in a professional services environment is required; prior law firm experience is a plus. Must have in-depth experience manipulating, revising, and repairing MS Word documents. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Document Management Systems, Comparison Tools and Template Packages is desirable.
