Litigation Client Sites Specialist The candidate will monitor all litigation related messages and/or processes on the client sites. Will update and respond as needed. Act as a liaison between clients and attorneys/paralegals. Minor or no supervision update general foreclosure/ judgment processes on active litigation files in client sites. In addition to general processes launch, update, and monitor contested processes/modules/events/steps in client systems for Answers, Motions to Dismiss, Counterclaims, Discovery (Request to Produce/Interrogatories/Request to Admit), Motions for Summary Judgment, other miscellaneous motions. Work on client site processes through all stages of litigation. Serve as a client site liaison between attorney and clients on litigation files. Notify legal assistants about document revision requests. Provide training to legal assistants/support staff on new client sites. In the process of updating client sites with statuses, report to the director any violations of current procedures by legal assistants. Escalate to the Managing Litigation Attorney and Litigation Director, if litigation teams do not respond to requests for client updates. Review internal databases for documents.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have experience in a law firm may be considered in lieu of Bachelor Degree. Must have 2-3 years of experience in a law firm. Bachelor Degree or equivalent is preferred. A combination of a specific degree in Paralegal Studies and previous office experience may be considered in lieu of litigation/foreclosure/real estate experience. Experience with systems such as Black Knight Financial Services, VendorScape, Lenstar, LINCS, Clarifier, Tempo, Real Resolution, ResWare, ADR, iClear, Service Gateway, NDS, WALZ, Serengeti is required. Advance Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge is required. Must have typing skills 65 wpm.
