Real Estate Practice Assistant/Legal Secretary The candidate must have experience with real estate acquisitions, sales and exchanges, joint ventures, foreclosures, title insurance, leasing, commercial transactions, financing and investments. Extensive word processing, including revisions to complex documents, comparisons and real estate legal descriptions, creating and mailing letters, filing of emails and other documents, coordinating proformas and mailing out invoices, maintaining calendars, expense management, and making travel arrangements.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat is a plus. Must also be flexible, team-oriented, have excellent customer service and communication skills, strong attention to detail, be a self-starter, and be willing to learn and adapt to new processes.
