Legal Secretary Responsibilities: preparation of documents and correspondence, including engagement and audit response letters; extensive client contact; scheduling appointments; time entry; travel arrangements; calendaring of due dates; creation and maintenance of files and e-files; and all other administrative support required by assigned timekeepers.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Must have prior experience as a corporate legal secretary, and the ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks while satisfactorily meeting deadlines and desired outcomes. Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding discussions, records, files, documents and information. Professional presentation and demeanor is required at all times. must have strong MS office skills; excellent communication, proofreading and phone skills; and extraordinary attention to detail. Duration: 12 weeks.
