Legal Secretary The candidate will provide administrative support to as many as five or six attorneys in a highly collaborative working environment. Will be responsible for legal secretarial and administrative tasks including to, document creation, editing and preparation, filing, time entry, expense reimbursement processing, client bills, telephone calls, travel arrangements, calendar maintenance and mailing distributions. Handle confidential information as necessary. Maintain attorneys’ contacts lists in Outlook and InterAction. Client contact in person and over the phone. Other duties may be assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position. Should have 5+ years of legal secretarial experience in a mid- to large-size law firm. College degree is a plus. Should have strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills and advanced knowledge of MS Word and Outlook; must exhibit strong typing skills and ability to learn and quickly become proficient in new computer software programs. Should have knowledge of Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
