Call for updated balances of liens or medical bills. Prepare written correspondence. Scan and import documents. Prepare checks for deposit. Prepare Settlement Statement packet for attorney review. Merge documents from client database. Import the expense information from the cost card. Review and verify all liens and cash advances are accounted for. Confirm accuracy of healthcare provider balances. Finalize the attorney-approved packet for presentation to the client for signature. Must be well-qualified and have experience in personal injury law, administrative and clerical support, settlement statement preparation, and demonstrate exemplary interpersonal relationship skills.
