Legal Secretary - Litigation The candidate must have: 10+ years’ experience as a Litigation Secretary. Background in Employment Law required. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and various legal software applications. Excellent oral & written communication skills. Must have exceptional knowledge of Outlook calendaring and scheduling. Must have experience with client billing. Must be extremely detail oriented, organized and have great follow through skills. Must be able to coordinate complex scheduling for multiple individuals. Must be able to work under pressure while managing multiple deadlines/priorities. Accuracy, speed and professionalism a must. Has the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Must be skilled at typing correspondence and pleadings for attorneys. Strong interpersonal skills.
