Trainee Junior Legal Secretary / Administrative Assistant The candidate will be responsible for mailing, banking and Court filing. Will be trained in the various aspects of the role including day to day use of legal computer software and general administrative duties of junior legal secretary. Must have a strong knowledge of S Office applications, good grammar/spelling and a reasonable degree of typing speed. The role will also include occasional relief reception work and should have good communication skills and be well presented to greet clients, and have the confidence to answer telephone calls as required. Note: The candidate will work on an initial 6 month contract.
