Supervising Legal Secretary Duties: Supervising assigned clerical personnel. Interviewing, hiring, and training of legal department clerical employees. Assisting in the development and implementation of clerical training schedules on an overall basis, and implements training programs, or on- the-job training. Assuring proper maintenance and updating of all computer based litigation support systems. Interfacing with assigned clerical personnel to resolve workflow problems, emergencies, and concerns. Performing all legal and secretarial duties as required, to maintain effective and efficient office operations. Composing and typing legal documents from oral and/or written instructions, or electronic dictation. Assisting the Legal Office Administrator in completing the necessary administration functions of running the legal office.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. 4+ years of civil litigation support experience. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer, time management, and organizational skills.
