Law Firm Administrative Assistant The candidate will support the Office Manager in administering the day-to-day operations of the firm. Will work on stocking office supplies and maintaining inventory. Reconcile billing software with actual attorney costs and time involved. Perform routine, daily office chores, such as light cleaning and organizing. Complete assigned tasks requested from operations, marketing, or attorney personnel. Answer phone calls from potential and existing clients. File documents (hard and soft copy) into client case files. Follow procedures for opening new client files. Follow procedures for identifying and closing past client files. Accurately and efficiently scan hard copy documents into digital file. Upload legal documents to courts based on prescribed deadlines. Schedule and calendar court deadlines into scheduling and contact management software. Follow-up on current and potential client phone inquiries. Maintain and update contact records across marketing and case management software. Participate in web, event, and social media marketing projects, as assigned. 12-24 months of experience in an office is preferred. Should have strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal). Experience in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Word Perfect.
