Answer telephones and handle emails. Skills: Very organized, detail oriented, Legal Document Preparation, Document Review, Microsoft Word, reliable, Phone Etiquette, Proofreading. General computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and adobe; Detail oriented with good proofreading skills; Professional demeanor and good communication skills. Some experience with the following is preferred: real estate transactions and lending (residential and commercial); preparation and familiarity with commercial loan documents; drafting of title policies, corporate entity formation, searching online Registry of Deeds; and searching/filing/requesting documents and UCC financing statements with the Massachusetts corporations website.
