Legal Administrative Assistant The candidate responsibilities include: Scheduling and calendar management for attorneys and client matters; Drafting correspondence and proof-reading and editing legal documents; Preparing and maintaining organized files; Billing and timekeeping data entry; Handling phone calls and interacting with court staff as needed; Copying, scanning, faxing documents. A Bachelor’s degree is required. An interest in the law is preferred. Must have excellent computer skills, writing and verbal skills, and an ability to multitask and work with multiple attorneys. Should have excellent computer skills including thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe. Must have excellent editing and proofreading skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are needed.
