Transactional Legal Secretary Duties: Responsible for daily maintenance of the attorney's practice including, preparing correspondence and expense reports, managing attorney calendars and travel, managing phone calls and email requests, and other administrative functions.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate with Bachelor degree or secretarial certificate preferred. Should have 7+ years secretarial/administrative work experience in a legal or professional services environment, experience working with attorneys in a law firm environment preferred. Must have intermediate knowledgeable of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, and must have excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
