Legal Secretary The candidate will be responsible for providing secretarial support for attorneys and paralegals by creating and editing documents, managing client files, interfacing with clients, scheduling depositions, coordinating meetings and conference rooms reservations, managing large mailings and other administrative tasks.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have 2-5 years of experience as a legal secretary in insurance defense litigation, are proficient with Word. Excellent typing (65+wpm) skills, grammar and spelling/proof reading skills are required. Should be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills as well as excellent communication skills. Must possess the demonstrated ability to interface with clients, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
