Corporate Paralegal The candidate must be able to draft various corporate resolutions; will be responsible for maintaining a large number of corporate and subsidiary records, including the gathering and input of information into a web-based recordkeeping program; must provide work product in a manner that shows a comprehensive understanding of the business needs of the company and be resourceful and reliable in handling and completing matters; will be expected to perform substantive legal work of limited to moderate scope and complexity under the supervision of an attorney; will also perform general secretarial functions including answering phones, typing emails/documents, processing check requests, setting up meetings, sorting mail, and maintaining/creating files.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree; strong written and verbal communication skills are essential; ability to think and work independently; ability to manage time to meet deadlines and perform under pressure; ability to read and interpret documents and write reports and correspondence; excellent organizational skills; proficient in Microsoft office suite; ability to work in a team setting and display a confident, courteous and disciplined attitude at all times; ability to work flexible/extended hours as needed
