Contract Administrator Duties: Will report to and collaborate with legal staff to draft the final negotiated contract terms, conditions and exhibits for each contract proposal. Will be responsible for maintaining contracts in the contract administration database, including contract preparation, initiation and analysis. Will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure accurate capture of contract terms and conditions. Will work with requestors to document the negotiated contract pricing, terms and conditions including the business strategy and other relevant contract information in the eCATS system, ensure compliance with company policies, ensure timely renewals/renegotiations, and provide required reporting for compliance. Will support operations for managing the bid process and execution of RFIs and RFPs.
Qualification and Experience
Qualification Requirements: High school diploma. A Bachelor’s degree or paralegal experience is preferred. 2-5 years of experience in compliance, executive support or contracting is preferred. Contract management experience is preferred. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task, ability to translate a contract into financial terms (i.e. cost obligations, risks). Strong organizational skills, Microsoft Word and Excel.
