Legal Administrative Assistant - Business and Finance The candidate will work in the business and finance department. Will provide secretarial and administrative support, including document production, client contact, scheduling and related duties.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have 3+ years' of corporate transactional experience in a law firm. Real estate or renewable energy experience would be a plus. Must be literate and proficient in digital data rooms. A high degree of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint). Top-notch accuracy, organizational skills and analytical skills are required. Strong communication skills, the ability to exercise initiative and judgment, manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are required.
