Legal Counsel, Commercial The candidate will be working as counselor to multiple cross-functional business teams, and supported by a global law department. Will play an instrumental role in delivering a strategic and competitive advantage for firm North American business units. Must have JD degree from an accredited law school, with strong academic credentials and State Bar admission. (ability/willingness to be admitted to Michigan bar is required). Should have 6 years of legal experience. Strong understanding of commercial contracts and distribution issues is preferred. Experience advising on antitrust issues (horizontal and vertical) is desired. Experience with IoT and e-commerce highly regarded is a plus. Experience managing a large volume of competing priorities is preferred.
