Spring Internship Interns work on policy research and analysis and provide other support for the legislative agenda, which could include attending Congressional hearings, markups, forums, briefings, and coalition meetings. Will also write articles for Children’s Monitor (the weekly e-newsletter) and prepare fact sheets and other documents for an annual conference. Special projects may also be assigned. Applicants with a demonstrated interest in child welfare are considered; a background in social work is helpful. Deadline: Nov. 1, 2014.
