Real Estate Law Clerk The Clerk must be in their second or third year of law school. Should have an interest in cutting-edge transactional real estate projects with an emphasis on construction and energy, including title work, contracts, and permitting matters. Preferred: Prior experience with, or a degree in planning or construction. Language skills and/or cross-border experience, particularly Spanish. Strong academic credentials, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and a motivation to learn. In good standing as a second or third-year law student at an ABA-accredited law school. Schedule: 15-20 hours per week
