Law Student
Law student Law student will work within all practice areas and for positions based in both Paris and its international offices. Trainee will get the opportunity to complement studies with experience in a broad range of legal fields. The main tasks assigned are as follows: Research on the legal issues relating to ongoing files; preparation of legal consultations on a range of issues; preparation of contractual documents and court submissions. There are opportunities for significant independence in casework (attending client meetings, file management, court formalities, etc.).
Qualification and Experience
Law student should be interested in a career as a corporate lawyer, and should be studying for a Master's degree in one of the firm's corporate law specialisms. Ideally, candidate should also have completed complementary studies (comprehensive legal studies + studies at business school, in political science or at a foreign university). At least one significant previous internship within a law firm is required. A very good command of English is essential and other foreign languages are an advantage. Training abroad is particularly appreciated. Candidates must be open to teamwork and international mobility. Internships Duration: 3-6 months.
