Summer Law Clerk The clerks will work on projects involving legal research and writing in a way that’s relevant and comprehensible to our non-lawyer clients. May work on insurance law, internet law, employment law, and IP/brand protection issues. Will be introduced to functions with proposed, new, or enacted laws and regulations and to its lobbying efforts. May conduct legal research, drafted legal memoranda, attended political fundraising events, and discussed initiative strategy and compliance issues.
Qualification and Experience
The clerks must have completed their second year of law school by the end of May, and ideal part-time-student applicants will have completed their third year of law school by that time.
