Summer Intern: Law Student Duties: Preparing/reviewing a range of normal course contracts. Assisting with preparation and refinement of standard form contracts. Reviewing and providing input on disclosure documents and corporate policies. Preparing internal presentations on corporate policies and standard form contracts for delivery to non-legal personnel. Legal research and preparation of related memoranda where required. Providing support on ongoing litigation. Providing transactional and other support to Legal Department as required.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Undergraduate Degree. Completed 1-2 years of a J.D. Degree/ LLB program at an accredited Canadian or US law school. A strong academic record. Strong analytical and writing skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Deadline: February 21, 2015
