Legal Intern Duties: Assists General Counsel and other Staff Attorneys and members of the Legal Department. Works under close supervision; receives specific and detailed instruction as to required tasks and results expected. Specific tasks include: legal research, contract reviews and drafting, working with in-house and outside counsel, document review and organization, attend staff meetings & seminars.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: College engineering, architecture or construction degree. Must be actively pursuing Juris Doctor degree. 3.0 GPA in Bachelor’s Degree and J.D. Degree preferred. Satisfactory grades and good standing with university. Preferably has experience in engineering and/or law. Other internship experience is a plus. Ability to multi-task. Excellent communication and organization skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
