Litigation - Whistleblower - CFTC
Legal Intern Intern will assist the Department in numerous capacities, including reviewing existing and prospective contracts, license and registrations, examine fraud claims, observe litigation proceedings and perform general office duties. Will collaborate with other departments within the company to complete a wide array of projects including documentation review and maintaining legal compliances.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Advanced research and investigation skills. Recent graduates or university students in their third or fourth year. Strong written communication skills, able to write professionally, concisely and clearly. Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, etc.). Very analytical with developed problem-solving skills. Initiative-oriented as objectives in the department frequently require outside the box thinking and self-motivation. Eager to work on numerous projects simultaneously and apply a diverse skill set. Duration: 12 weeks Start date: May 11, 2015
