Litigation - Whistleblower - CFTC
Intern, Compliance The candidate will support initiatives including, projects with the OGC’s three (3) Centers of Excellence (CoE): Policies, Training, and Communications; Commercial Operations, and Records and Information Management; Investigations, Due Diligence, and Business Partner Screening. Will provide support to the OGC Team in connection with the implementation of programs related to the above initiatives. Conduct research; analyze and synthesize data; prepare reports. Prepare PowerPoint presentations. Collaborate with various departments, key stakeholders and external vendors who work closely with the OGC Team. Attend, and contribute to update meetings.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should be pursuing an MBA, or J.D. degree (preferred); strong candidates pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Political Science will also be considered. Minimum GPA 3.0.A minimum 3.0 GPA is strongly preferred. A combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. Must possess knowledge of general business and legal concepts. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and project management skills. Very strong Microsoft Office (full suite of products) knowledge and skills are required. Familiarity with SAP a plus.
