Litigation - Whistleblower - CFTC
Summer Intern - Legal/IP Duties: Patent Prosecution including drafting/revising claims; responding to office actions and strategy decisions. Litigation Support, including legal research. Product Clearance and IP Due Diligence work, including product and patent analysis for acquisition or licensing targets. IP Agreement work including negotiating and drafting IP license agreements, development agreements and consulting agreements.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Current, full-time or part-time law school student pursing a J.D. Degree from an ABA accredited law school and looking to specialize in intellectual property law (specifically, patent law). Prefer first year students, but will consider 2Ls on a case-by-case basis. Top 25% or 3.2 GPA preferred. Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
