Legal Internship, Summer 2017 Duties: Reviewing and drafting commercial contracts. Assisting with the development of policies, training materials, checklists and guidelines in a variety of practice areas including employment and environmental law. Preparing cease and desist letters for commercial and intellectual property disputes. Investigating and managing potential trademark infringement matters. Licensing. Digital and Social Media Matters. Assist our Litigation team with various tasks associated with the prosecution and defense of claims and lawsuits. Help prepare reports to management concerning pending matters, projects and litigation.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Completed at least 1 Year of Law School. Preferred: 3+ months of prior law firm experience or prior law firm internship. 3.0+ cumulative GPA. Strong communication, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills. Duration: 10 weeks
