Regulatory Intern The intern will be responsible for legal research and regulatory analysis of environmental, health and safety (EH&S), chemical control, cosmetics, food, occupational safety, and pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and standards. Will research on European (especially France and Italy) cosmetic, food, food contact, industrial chemical, and EHS regulations. Assist in identifying changes in European, Italian and French (including other French speaking legislations and provide instructions on implementing changes) regulations. Assist in monitoring regulatory developments in Italy or/and France (including other French speaking jurisdictions), analyze draft and final regulations, and write in-depth analysis of these regulatory changes. Research regulations on cosmetic, food, food contact regulations, industrial chemical and EHS regulations. Assist in monitoring and identifying regulatory changes in various jurisdictions around the globe. Assist in writing in-depth analysis of regulatory frameworks and updates. Should be a J.D. or LL.M. candidate with public policy or EHS majors. Must be comfortable in researching and analyzing complex regulations in a fast pace environment. Interest in pursuing a legal, legislative research, or regulatory career path required. Solid computer skills in MS Office needed. Reading/writing fluency in French or/and Italian is a must. Fluency in one of the following languages are preferred: Bengali, Estonian, Japanese, Khmer, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Indonesian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Thai, and Vietnamese .
