Winter Internship Interns will work in the areas of legislation, press or scheduling and help ensure the smooth operation of her Capitol Hill office. In state offices, interns work alongside outreach staff and have the opportunity to learn firsthand about the constituent advocacy process. Should be rising sophomores or later in college (or recent graduates) who demonstrate leadership, thoughtfulness, creativity, a strong attention to detail, and a sense of public service. Preference will be given to students who are from Washington state or are enrolled in a Washington state college or university. Duration: January to May/June. Deadline: 31-12-2015.
