Fall Law Clerk Intern The internship positions are designed to give participants exposure to the work environment of the AGO, including opportunities to observe and assist in legal proceedings and assume some of the same responsibilities as our full-time personnel. Law Clerks are teamed with Attorneys and assist in different aspects of those Attorneys' cases. Law Clerk Intern responsibilities include: legal research; writing motions and legal memoranda; case planning; investigation; preparation for trial, hearings, and/or sentencing; and witness coordination. Law Clerk Interns also assist Attorneys at court hearings and trial in their assigned cases. Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 and currently enrolment in law school required. Internship Session: September to December
