Child Support Community Services and Volunteer Program The candidate will provide support and assistance in processing volume caseloads and completing other important functions of the child support division. Interns and volunteers may provide assistance in: Making collection calls. Scheduling Child Support Review Process (CSRP) conferences. Making calls to Custodial Parent (CP) and Non-Custodial Parent (NCP) prior to conferences and greeting both parties when they arrive at the office. Developing child support orders. Locating absent parents. Assisting with paternities, and assisting legal team in court (primarily law school interns).
