Law Student Volunteer, Spring 2018 The candidate will work for Criminal Division. Assist Federal Prosecutors with prosecution and investigation of misdemeanors and felony offenses. Research and write legal briefs and memorandums of law. Must have completed one year of law school before beginning the clerkship. In addition, Law Clerks must be enrolled in an accredited law school at least half-time. Application Deadlines: September 8, 2017.
