Volunteer Internship Program The candidate must be second-year law students who have completed 2/3 of their graduation requirements to apply for PAC's Internship Program. Should have work in either a District Attorney's or Solicitor-General's office. Practice criminal law under the Third Year Practice Act. Must have gain hands-on experience in court. Attend 7- day Basic Litigation course; Duration: The duration of the Internship Program is at the discretion of the elected prosecutor in each office.
