Unpaid Spring Legal Internship Program - Gaming Law Division Legal interns attend court hearings and mediations, when scheduling permits, with the supervision of a Deputy Attorney General. Those interns that qualify for certification by the Nevada Supreme Court for training in the practice of law under Supreme Court Rule 49.5 are encouraged to do so. Projects of broader application might include litigation support, such as researching and writing memorandums and legal briefs, preparation for trial, including witness interviews, document organization and other tasks as assigned under staff supervision. Law students will be considered. Bureau of Gaming and Government Affairs (representing the divisions of gaming, boards, open government, government and natural resources). Spring Session Internship Program: January-May. Application Deadline: October 1.
