Summer Internship The student will work in the Domestic Violence Unit. Law students assist prosecutors in the Juvenile, District, Superior, and Appellate courts. First year law students gain experience in legal research, writing, and case preparation. Students who have completed second year of law school, who have been certified under SJC Rule 3:03, may represent the Commonwealth in Juvenile and District Court as a student prosecutor, supervised by an assistant district attorney. Law students are considered. In general, the hours of internship coincide with the general hours of the Office which are 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday. A commitment of at least 20 hours a week is needed. Application Deadline: March 1
