Washington, D.C. office of our client seeks international trade practice manager/staff attorney with relevant experience. The candidate will serve in both a legal and project management capacity. Will serve in legal research, analysis of procedural issues and case management skills including specialized knowledge in international trade related courts and agencies. Design and implement case management plans for this busy practice, including project staffing and logistics, and supervise the general work-flow of the paralegal, administrative, and records staff. Membership in the DC Bar (or eligibility to waive in) is highly preferred. Must have experience with performing complex cite-checking, legal research, and data analysis. Must possess substantive experience with International Trade matters, including knowledge of filing procedures before the Department of Commerce and International Trade Commission; administrative protective orders (APOs); OFAC regulations, and current events. Related experience with other regulatory or litigation practices considered with high degree of familiarity with court/agency rules, procedures and case/project management experience may be considered.
